LÍSEK hunting lodge
The original hunting cabin was in such poor condition that renovating it no longer made sense. A new vacation cabin was therefore built on its footprint, which follows the original layout of the house but functions entirely in the present. A simple structure with a gabled roof, black-stained boards, an open interior with a large kitchen, a fireplace, and an upper floor with a hammock creates a space for cooking, socializing, and weekends with friends.

Villa LUČINY
In this unique villa, we decided to combine modern design with artistic expression, which is reflected not only in the interior but also in the exterior. Bold combinations of colored plasters, experimenting with materials, and blending art with functionality create a space that is both aesthetically striking and functional. Every detail, from acoustic panels to furniture, has been carefully designed to serve both practical needs and as an exceptional element within the overall concept of the house.

Villa OHNIVCOVA
The interior of Villa Ohnivcová is designed to make the most of natural light and open space. The concrete staircase becomes the central element that connects the different parts of the house. A sensitive combination of exposed concrete and steel in the interior gives the space a modern and industrial touch, while still maintaining harmony and a warm character.

Preserved villa, wooden coffered ceilings, terrazzo, and black-and-white mosaic. Paired with plenty of natural light, garden views, and simple furniture. The home comes to life through the combination of original elements like tiled stoves and geometric stained glass with modern materials and thoughtful updates.

The Fortress House HRADBY
The Hradby project ranks among our favorite renovations. The building itself was fascinating – a historic town wall house with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor and painted ceilings upstairs, complemented by original tiled stoves. The clients were truly enlightened, approaching the entire renovation with great care and respect. Our goal was to preserve as many historical elements as possible and seamlessly blend them with a modern interior that revitalized the entire space.

HRADEC Renovation of Grandma’s House
What initially was supposed to be just an interior redesign quickly turned into a full-scale renovation, as one hidden issue after another surfaced during the work. Villa AMONITA Lanzarote
Villa Amonita is the result of our challenging year-long journey, during which we experienced purchasing property abroad, financing with a Spanish mortgage, and coordinating supplies to a location so far from Europe, where the local mentality is closer to Africa than Europe. From the very beginning, we knew that we were facing a large-scale renovation that would require maximum respect for Lanzarote's strict building regulations, while drawing inspiration from the unique style of César Manrique.

In the Vanguard project, we transformed a factory for aviation instruments into industrial lofts. The raw concrete structure, luxury materials, and high ceilings create a unique atmosphere. The show apartment with a black cube offers smart solutions, and Vanguard continues with a wellness area and pool in the basement.
