A boutique real estate lounge designed for Selection Properties as a private space for meetings around carefully curated properties. The client lounge combines workspace, representative meeting areas and the possibility of short-term stays. A place that feels closer to a quiet hotel suite than a conventional real estate office.

Renovation

OPLETALOVA Apartment building

The renovation of the Opletalova apartment building in central Prague was carried out in collaboration with the developer with the aim of creating modern, compact living spaces within a historic building. We transformed the original large city apartments into smaller units designed for both residential use and investment rentals. The design included new balconies, the renovation of common areas, work on the historic vaulted ceiling, and the design of a model apartment with a built-in loft.

Functionalist apartment in Brno

A 1930s functionalist apartment in Brno rebuilt around curved volumes, exposed windows, and a restrained material palette. Instead of recreating the past, the project preserves the original proportions and brings in a contemporary interior designed for art, light, and everyday living.

MARIÁNSKÁ mountain country house

This newly built mountain cottage in Mariánská was constructed on the site of an original log cabin that could no longer be saved. The interior of the rental guesthouse features a spacious open ceiling, natural wood, and a subdued color palette that allows the surrounding landscape to take center stage.
