V-TOWER Apartment

We joined the V-Tower project early enough to influence both the layout and the overall material concept of the apartment. The result functions as a second home in the center of Prague — a place for staying, meeting friends, and spending evenings above the city. The entire interior is built around a combination of darker tones, natural oak, and concrete plaster surfaces that visually connect all parts of the apartment into one cohesive whole. This is not about decorative luxury, but about a carefully controlled atmosphere focused on views, proportions, and detail.

Open space without visual noise

The kitchen, dining area, and living room work as one continuous open space facing the Prague skyline. The dominant feature is a dark kitchen with a stone island and natural stone worktop, combined with oak veneer and concrete plaster finishes extending from the floors onto selected walls and furniture elements. Large material surfaces and the absence of visible detailing allow the space itself — and the city beyond the windows — to take center stage. The living area was designed as an open lounge without unnecessary decoration, where the atmosphere of Prague at night becomes part of the interior.

The city below you

The bedrooms and bathrooms continue the darker material palette and naturally follow the atmosphere of the main living space. Smoked glass, dark wood, black detailing, and softer textiles create a more evening-oriented mood throughout the private areas of the apartment. The bathrooms combine concrete plaster, stone, and large-format surfaces without excessive transitions or decorative elements. The entire apartment works as a refined urban retreat above Prague — a place designed for staying, socializing, and watching the city change below you.
