Interiors

Designing a house is not enough. It’s the interior that determines how it will actually be lived in. Materials, bathrooms, custom furniture, lighting, and the way details connect all require their own logic and clear direction. Without that, an interior easily turns into a series of isolated decisions instead of one coherent whole. We design interiors for villas and apartments in residential developments and carry them through from the initial concept to final execution.

Interior design is not just selecting furniture

You can probably choose furniture, a kitchen, or lighting on your own. But the interior of a house or villa is not a collection of individual purchases. It’s a system where materials, surfaces, bathrooms, staircases, built-in furniture, and technical details must all work together. Most suppliers focus only on their part. We oversee the entire interior and develop it as an integral part of the architecture.

An interior needs a single direction

Compared to building a house, the interior may seem simpler. In reality, this is often where complexity increases: instead of one construction company, you deal with dozens of suppliers, trades, and decisions. Everyone handles their own scope, but someone has to control the whole. We design interiors so they can actually be built, coordinate all connections, and simplify the process. You’re not solving technical conflicts or endless operational decisions — you’re choosing from well-considered options.

Interior design needs to start early

Bringing in an interior architect during the structural phase is not too early. On the contrary. The earlier we are involved, the more can be resolved properly and without compromise. Material transitions, preparation for built-in elements, lighting, bathrooms, technical details, and even layout adjustments cannot be solved effectively once everything is already finished. Interior design needs to be addressed before it becomes too late.

A developer apartment is just the starting point

We approach apartments in residential developments the same way. A developer’s unit is usually technically fine, but the standard finishes are designed to suit everyone — which often means they suit no one precisely. The result is a space without clarity, without continuity, and without detail. We help clients make meaningful changes, adjust layouts, refine materials, and redesign the apartment as a complete interior. From early-stage decisions to final execution.

Interiors by space type:

Every space works differently. That's why our approach to a villa interior is different from a maisonette, a loft, or an investment apartment.
