Home design - interior without structural modifications

The interior must harmonize and function in all directions. Thoughtful layout, comprehensive design, and correctly chosen surfaces and materials. That's how we do it at OOOOX. But be careful, it can easily happen that it's too late to make changes during the construction. This mainly concerns development projects, where the client wishes to change something, but it's not possible. Why? Because the interior is essentially set. Then there are 2 options: reconcile with the standard interiors, or undergo a renovation.

How to harmonize everything?

We'll tell you what to consider to ensure the result is worth it. Let's start with the material. For apartments where the standards are already set, it's challenging to coordinate materials. Take wood, for example, where the saying "too much of anything is bad" applies. Matching the shades of floors, doors, windows, and furniture is, at the very least, a significant challenge. If they don't match, even the best interior design can't save it. And that would be a pity. Therefore, sometimes it's better to stop "adding", refrain from more wooden surfaces, and instead focus on built-in furniture. This can work wonders in a poorly planned layout, especially when there's a lack of storage space. At the same time, you can choose furniture, select wall finishes, and coordinate accessories. It's fun. Moreover, all of this determines the overall impression of living.

When, where, and how to intervene

It's not always necessary to go the renovation route. However, you'll usually need to make minor adjustments to the electrical outlets – the positions of lights and sockets. Investment properties or rental apartments are often in a state where a complete renovation isn't required. The layout here may not be perfectly thought out. Minor errors can be overlooked, and clients looking for sublets don't fuss about them as much.

Don't be afraid to experiment!

Many clients trust their first impression. So, don't hesitate to combine design elements in the interior. Living in such a space can become a true experience for a potential renter. For clients, comfort is always the top priority. They don't need oversized apartments with 3 bathrooms. They want simplicity and relaxation in a stylish package. Keep this in mind if you own an apartment that you're renting out.

We're happy to help you create the perfect home design tailored to your requirements. No project is too small for us to make a difference. At OOOOX, we excel at even minor interventions with high quality.
